It was Sing Along with Joyce Night as Joyce Fox played the piano and we sang along with her on songs from our Kiwanis songbook. She started by having us stand to sing "Come Thou Almighty King" and "America The Beautiful" followed by "Down In The Valley", "My Blue Heaven", "Let Me Call You Sweetheart", "Sidewalks of New York" and "Oh Susanna." Then she took member requests and we continued with "You're In Kiwanis Now", "Kiwanis Gang Song", "I Dream of Jeannie", "Take Me Out To The Ballgame" and "Down By The Old Mill Stream." We sounded pretty good! Joyce said she was 11 when she started taking lessons because she felt driven to play the piano and says it's a gift from God.
